Cleaning your car is made easy with the use of these seat covers as hair just shakes and brushes off easily from both sides. Made to be installed simply by placing on your car seat and then held in place by attaching around the head rest with two Velcro straps .

What you are receiving is a handmade garment which is so much better for the planet, can help reduce the use of unethical fair work conditions and supports the Australia industry. So thank you for choosing Lilo & Co.
I encourage you if you are in doubt of sizing to contact me so I can support you in suggesting the best size. I am happy to offer an exchange in size if returned within 14 days of receiving. You will need to cover all postage costs, if you purchase a standard size from our size chart. Unfortunately I won't be able to refund or exchange for custom sizes.
When needing to exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
- The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving.
- Contact me via email infoliloandco@gmail.com to arrange return.
- The garment is unworn, unwashed and in original condition (trying on is fine).
- When exchanging incorrect size you will be responsible for all return postage, this includes postage for me to send the new size. If you were offered free shipping in your original purchase, you will need to pay for all return shipping costs of the new size.
- The new size garment will be sent to you as soon as I have received the original returned jumper and deemed it to be in as new condition.

REFUNDS

Usually refunds are a luxury that large companies can offer but I want to be in integrity to Lilo & Co customers by offering some refund options. I however ask that you take the time to look through all information so I can support you in choosing your purchases correctly from the start, so that you can have the best shopping experience.
Refunds can be claimed if you feel the products you ordered are unacceptable standard or unsatisfactory, not fit for purpose or not as described. You will need to contact me and let me know your desire to return and then return item at your cost. Refund will be issued when item/items are returned in original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed, including return shipping costs. In the event that an item is faulty or has an issue after being used I would love to be given the opportunity to rectify the faults by sending, no cost to you, a replacement rather than refund.
PROCESSING TIME
Please note that most items are made to order as we value a slow fashion model. Your pups items are handcrafted in Perth WA from my home studio, Some items are small batch hand made so maybe available to ship immediately. However please note general processing times are 3-7 business days. If you need your items quicker due to a special occasions or a gift please contact me directly and I will try to accommodate your needs. Perth customers are welcome to pick up if you live local, I am located in Henley Brook and would love to meet your Dachshund babies!
SHIPPING
Your parcel is shipped using Australia Post, shipping details are listed in cart for the varied options available. Please note I am located in WA and postage times are a little longer form WA to Eastern states addresses than Eastern states to Eastern states. I cannot control any delivery schedule once I dispatched your items. Therefore, no refund will be issued due to parcel delays. Please contact Australia Post if any delivery issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I do ship internationally using Australia Post. I can also offer International Express at an extra charge which can have your garments arrive quicker please contact me to have a quote for express postage.
It is important to note that I cannot control any customs or import duties being charged to your package, therefore I will not be responsible for any customs or duties fee.
